Salesforce Technical Lead Industry Cloud Vlocity CPQ

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration & Customization:
• Configure and customize Vlocity CPQ features within the Salesforce Industry Cloud to align with business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Vlocity technologies such as DataRaptor, OmniScript, and Integration Procedures.
• Product Catalog Management:
• Manage the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), defining products, versions, and attributes while ensuring data consistency.
• Pricing & Quote Management:
• Implement and maintain complex pricing models, discounts, and quote approval processes within Vlocity CPQ.
• Order Management:
• Integrate Vlocity Order Management with CPQ for efficient order capture and processing.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring stability and performance of CPQ customizations and deployments.
• Documentation:
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for CPQ configurations and custom solutions.
• Collaboration:
• Work with various teams (sales, product, IT) to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce CPQ: Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities.
• Vlocity: Proven experience with Vlocity technologies such as DataRaptor, OmniScript, and Integration Procedures.
• Salesforce Development: Strong skills in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Configuration & Customization: Ability to configure and customize Salesforce and Vlocity CPQ.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for CPQ configuration issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Optional Skills:

• Vlocity Certification: Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity CPQ certifications are a plus.
• Communications Cloud Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud.
• Industry-specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industries served by Salesforce Communications Cloud (e.g., telecom, media, utilities).
