Job Description
- We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive end-to-end delivery, architecture decisions, and technical leadership across Salesforce implementations.
- This is a hands-on role, requiring deep expertise in Salesforce development along with the ability to design and integrate with full-stack systems.
- The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery (design , development , deployment)
- Define scalable architecture across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Develop and review Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async) and LWC components
- Drive decision-making between declarative (Flows) and programmatic (Apex) solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, sharing rules, FLS)
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
- Handle complex debugging, performance optimization, and governor limits
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Apex (advanced), LWC (advanced), SOQL
- Sales Cloud (mandatory) + at least one additional cloud (Service / Experience / FSC / CPQ)
- Strong experience in Salesforce security model (OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, FLS)
- Proven experience in REST/SOAP integrations, API design, error handling
- Strong understanding of Flow vs Apex decision-making
- Full-Stack (Mandatory Exposure) - Frontend: JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue or (any one) and Backend: Java / Python / .NET / Golang / Node.js or (any one)
- Ability to understand end-to-end system interaction and API-based architecture
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Skills
- Platform Developer II / JavaScript Developer certification
- Experience in FSC / CPQ / Experience Cloud
- Exposure to enterprise integrations and middleware
- Experience in mentoring teams and technical hiring
