Job Description Salesforce Technical Lead (Hybrid)
Experience: 6 to 7 years of Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Delivery Collaboration
- Support the Salesforce Architect during discovery and requirement‑definition sessions.
- Provide technical feasibility assessments for data models, integration needs, automations, and platform constraints.
- Translate architectural decisions into detailed technical designs and development tasks.
- Participate in client demos, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Work with product owners and business SMEs to refine requirements and ensure solution alignment.
2. Engineering & Solution Implementation
- Lead hands‑on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and declarative configuration.
- Develop scalable, reusable components and frameworks in line with architectural standards.
- Implement multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry clouds.
- Build integrations, data model extensions, and complex automation sequences.
- Ensure development deliverables adhere to the architect's end‑to‑end design.
3. Security, Performance & Quality
- Implement secure access controls including role hierarchy, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Optimize code and configurations for scale, governor limits, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with the architect on design adjustments.
- Validate design feasibility and performance implications before development begins.
4. DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management
- Support the architect's environment and branching strategy.
- Manage code merges, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures.
- Work with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Document technical components, interfaces, and engineering decisions.
5. Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers on coding practices, patterns, and platform constraints.
- Act as the primary engineering liaison to the Salesforce Architect.
- Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable components, and coding standards.
- Foster a culture of high‑quality technical delivery within the team.
Required Experience
- 5+ to 7 years of Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows.
- Demonstrated experience leading development efforts on enterprise Salesforce programs.
- Hands‑on experience with integrations, data modeling, and multi‑cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture fundamentals, security, and limits.
- Experience working in agile and globally distributed team environments.
- Good to have CTI experience and Omnicscripts.
