5+ to 7 years of Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows.

Demonstrated experience leading development efforts on enterprise Salesforce programs.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture fundamentals, security, and limits.

Experience working in agile and globally distributed team environments.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive hands-on development and technical excellence across enterprise Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with Salesforce Architects, collaborate with clients, and lead a team of engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring you to mentor team members while maintaining delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities1. Client & Delivery Collaboration

  • Support the Salesforce Architect during discovery, requirement-definition sessions, and client engagements
  • Provide technical feasibility assessments for data models, integrations, automations, and platform constraints
  • Translate architectural decisions into detailed technical designs and actionable development tasks
  • Participate in client demos, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs
  • Work with product owners and business SMEs to refine requirements and ensure solution alignment
  • Engineering & Solution Implementation
  • Lead hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and declarative configuration
  • Develop scalable, reusable components and frameworks aligned with architectural standards
  • Implement multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry clouds
  • Build integrations, extend data models, and create complex automation sequences
  • Ensure development deliverables adhere to the architect's end-to-end design specifications
  • Security, Performance & Quality Assurance
  • Implement secure access controls including role hierarchies, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Optimize code and configurations for scalability, governor limits, and performance
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices across the team
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with architects on design adjustments
  • Validate design feasibility and performance implications before development begins
  • DevOps, CI/CD & Release Management
  • Support environment strategy, branching strategy, and deployment procedures
  • Manage code merges, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Document technical components, interfaces, and engineering decisions for knowledge transfer
  • Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on coding practices, design patterns, and platform constraints
  • Act as the primary engineering liaison to the Salesforce Architect
  • Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable component libraries, and coding standards
  • Foster a culture of high-quality technical delivery and continuous improvement

Required QualificationsExperience

  • 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience with proven expertise in:
    • Apex programming
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce APIs and integrations
    • Flow automation
  • Demonstrated experience leading development efforts on enterprise-scale Salesforce programs
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations, data modeling, and multi-cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture fundamentals, security models, and platform limits
  • Experience working in agile and globally distributed team environments
Certifications

  • Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Strongly Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex and LWC development
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling and relational database design
  • Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and access control mechanisms
  • Experience with Flow automation, Process Builder, and declarative tools

Good-to-Have QualificationsExperience

  • CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) implementation experience
  • OmniScript development and configuration
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Commerce Cloud, or Industry Cloud solutions
