• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead – Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, technical design, integrations, and application enhancements. The ideal candidate must have experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and the Insurance domain.
  
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Lead and support Salesforce FSC implementations, particularly within the Insurance domain.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Test Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and review technical designs, entity models, configurations, and solution architecture.
• Handle application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Manage data mapping, data analysis, and data migration using Data Loader, Import Wizard, and other relevant tools.
• Interact directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and validate customizations, integrations, and design decisions.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, performance, and compliance with Salesforce development standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 6- 12 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience – Mandatory.
• Insurance domain experience – Mandatory.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience in Salesforce technical design, configuration, customization, and application enhancements.
• Knowledge of data migration, data mapping, and Salesforce data management tools.
• Relevant Salesforce certification in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce Platform – Mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer interaction, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.
• Previous MNC experience is preferred.

• Must be based in Delhi NCR and comfortable working onsite in Noida.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of no more than 10–15 days are preferred.
