We are an HR Tech company based in Trivandrum, offering hiring support to MNCs across India through interview ,assessments and recruitment services. We have a network of 4000+ experienced professionals who take interviews in their available time slots.

Were looking for experienced professionals across various domains who can take up freelance interviews for our clients. Interviews are conducted remotely, and schedules are flexible based on your availability. And currently we are looking at panels for the given description.

JobSummary:

TheSalesforceCPQSpecialistisresponsibleforimplementing,customizing,andsupportingtheSalesforceCPQplatformtostreamlinethequote-to-cashprocess.Thisroleinvolvescollaboratingwithbusinessstakeholders,salesteams,andtechnicalteamstoconfigurepricing,quoting,andcontractmanagementsolutionsthatalignwithorganizationalobjectives.Additionally, the role includes integrating eSignature solutions, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) processes, designing product catalogs, configuring advanced approval workflows, generating customized quote templates, and managing billing packages that support invoice generation, payment processing, consumption schedules, and payment gateway integrations.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Configure&CustomizeCPQ:SetupSalesforceCPQsolutions,includingproductconfiguration,pricing,discountrules,andquotetemplates.Advanced Approvals Package:Design multi-level approval processes for various deal types and pricing models, incorporating different approval workflows based on deal size, product configuration, or special terms.Integration&Automation:WorkonSalesforceCPQintegrationswithotherplatforms(e.g.,ERP,CRM)toautomateandoptimizethesalesprocess. Integrate eSignature solutions (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) with Salesforce CPQ, ensuring that quotes, contracts, and proposals can be electronically signed within the CPQ system.Integrate Salesforce CPQ withpayment gatewaysto automate payment processing.SystemMaintenance:MaintainandupgradeSalesforceCPQconfigurationstomeettheevolvingneedsofthebusiness.UserTraining&Support:ProvidetrainingandsupporttoenduserstoensureefficientuseoftheSalesforceCPQplatform.RequirementsGathering:Collaboratewithstakeholderstogatherbusinessrequirementsandtranslatethemintotechnicalspecifications.ProcessOptimization:AnalyzeandoptimizetheexistingCPQprocessestoimproveefficiency,reducemanualerrors,anddrivefasterquoteapprovals.Documentation:Developandmaintainsystemdocumentation,includingprocessflows,configurationguides,andusertrainingmaterials.
  • Testing&Troubleshooting:Conductsystemtesting,troubleshooterrors,andprovideongoingsupportfornewfeaturesandfunctionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to external systems.

Certifications:

  • SalesforceCPQSpecialistCertificationispreferred. SalesforceAdministratorand/or Platform DeveloperCertificationisaplus.

TechnicalSkills:

  • Hands-onexperiencewithSalesforceCPQconfiguration,pricingrules,quotetemplates, customobjects and advanced approvals. ProficiencyinApex,Visualforce,andSalesforceLightning(optionalbuthighlypreferredfordeveloperroles).Familiaritywithintegrationtools(e.g.,Mulesoft,DellBoomi)andknowledgeofAPIsandwebservices.Expertise in integrating eSignature solutions (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) within CPQ workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) tools and integration with Salesforce.
  • Experience with billing package configurations, invoice generation, and payment gateway integration.

BusinessKnowledge:

  • Understandingofthequote-to-cash(QTC)process.
  • Abilitytoworkcloselywithsales,finance,andoperationsteamstounderstandtheirneedsandimprovesystemfunctionality
