About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Salesforce engineering team in Coimbatore.

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce development expertise along with experience in MuleSoft, CI/CD, DevOps, integrations and Salesforce release management. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Technical Leadership

• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects from design through production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
• Review technical designs and development approaches.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies and scalability concerns.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, BAs, PMs, QA and clients.

Salesforce Development

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flow
• SOQL/SOSL

• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integrations.

• Experience with authentication, error handling and retry mechanisms.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and middleware.
