We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with 5+ years deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery across Sales and Service Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce applications, integrations, and customizations.
• Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, and technical problem-solving.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and API development.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features.
