We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with a proven track record in leading technical teams.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring technical excellence and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and deployment.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Architect and oversee complex Salesforce integrations, leveraging APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Drive data migration projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient transformation processes.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, governance, and technical documentation across the Salesforce team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce automation including workflows, process builder, flows, triggers, and custom objects.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and resolve complex development challenges.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization leverages best-in-class solutions.
Key Requirements
- Experience : 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura Components).
- Leadership : Minimum 1.5 years of experience leading or managing a technical team in Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and development best practices.
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools.
- Experience in data migration and ETL processes within Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in customizations, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect, or relevant certifications).
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools
