Job Description
Position Summary
To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain).
Job Responsibilities
| . Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs for LS Cloud / Health Cloud configuration and custom development |
| . Lead and mentor a pod of 3-5 Salesforce developers review code and declarative configuration |
| . Own sprint-level build delivery: task breakdown, estimation, daily oversight, demo readiness |
| . Configure LS Cloud / Health Cloud objects (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program), record types, page layouts, security, and sharing |
| . Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Platform Events |
| . Implement LS Cloud features: HCP engagement, call planning, approved email, MedComms workflows, Agentforce agent build |
| . Coordinate with integration, data, and test workstreams on dependencies |
| . Ensure build adheres to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and validation requirements |
| . Drive CI/CD using Copado, Gearset, or SFDX with a Git-based source of truth |
Education
Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer
Work Experience
0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology
