Salesforce Technical Development Manager

We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Development Manager for a leading enterprise environment in Bangalore (Hybrid).

This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader who brings strong technical depth, hands-on Salesforce expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end delivery across complex application landscapes.

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 WFO / 2 WFH)

Experience: 10+ years relevant

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams, primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Lead technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams
• Drive delivery excellence, quality, timelines, and execution
• Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams
• Validate technical solutions and challenge design decisions where needed
• Guide best practices in coding, DevOps, release management, security, and scalability
• Support team productivity, engagement, and performance

What we're looking for:

• Strong technical foundation with a development/engineering background
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivery
• Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and related technologies
• Ability to understand architecture discussions and validate technical solutions
• Experience in complex application delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and Agile delivery is a plus
