Job Description

The Salesforce Technical Lead serves as a pivotal leader within our organization, responsible for delivering innovative cloud technology solutions to clients. This position oversees the development and configuration of solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), enforces best practices and DevOps processes, and collaborates with onsite consultants to gather and analyze requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership in Apex and LWC Development: Guide and supervise project teams in Salesforce configuration. Ensure customizations and extensions using declarative tools and programming are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Enforce Best Practices & DevOps Process: Establish, promote, and enforce best practices in Apex and LWC development. Oversee adherence to DevOps processes, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Coordinate with onsite consultants to collect business requirements, understand client needs, and propose tailored Salesforce solutions. Lead workshops and requirement sessions to clarify project objectives.
  • Innovation Centric: Should demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in developing and implementing ideas to automate both technical and functional processes.
  • Team Management & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Project Meeting Participation & Leadership: Actively participate in and lead key project meetings, including sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Present solutions and share technical insights with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 812 years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce-based solutions for business clients, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Additionally, Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, RCA, Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud and Data Migration is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in custom development using Apex, JavaScript, Node JS, Visualforce pages, LWC, Apex triggers, and Salesforce automations (process builder, flow).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate teams, foster growth, and manage performance.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Platform Developer I, or Platform Developer II.
  • Solid understanding of agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience in industries like BPS, TMT, Life Sciences, or Industrials (Manufacturing) is advantageous.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, RCA, Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud and Data Migration is preferred.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities and other sales-related functions.
  • Proven capability to rapidly familiarize with new clients, sectors, and business challenges.
