Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce solution design and implementation for Provider Network Management (PNM).
• Work with business, provider, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, documentation, and best practices.
• Support releases, integrations, and mentor team members.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with Salesforce Architecture expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience in Omni Studio (Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures).
• Experience with Chainable Integration Procedures (IP).
• Strong expertise in Bulk Data Processing, Queueable Apex, and Batch Apex.
• Salesforce Health Cloud experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Provider Network Management (PNM) and provider lifecycle processes (Recruiting, Credentialing, Contracting, Onboarding).
• Understanding of PNM objects, data models, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience optimizing Omni Studio solutions for performance and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA and HL7.
