Salesforce Technical architect

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Agentforce Governance: Architect enterprise Agentforce frameworks, agent taxonomies, and human-in-the-loop escalation flows. Establish MCP server topologies and LLM Gateway routing strategies (Claude, GPT-4o, Vertex AI).
• Platform Architecture: Lead multi-org design, data residency, and platform scalability using Salesforce Well-Architected frameworks across Sales, Service, Health, Revenue, or Experience Clouds.
• DevOps & Developer Productivity: Drive developer enablement using SFDX, Copado/Gearset, and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot Enterprise) with strict security and IP guardrails.
• Pre-Sales & C-Suite Leadership: Partner with executive stakeholders (CIO, CFO, CMIO) to present AI platform roadmaps, lead technical RFP responses, and scope strategic engagements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 12–15 years of deep Salesforce platform and enterprise architecture expertise.
• Certifications: Salesforce Application/System Architect or AI Specialist; CTA certified (or actively pursuing/board-ready).
• Cloud Mastery (Any 2+): Health Cloud (FHIR R4/HIPAA), Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft.
• AI & Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures (Platform Events/CDC), and enterprise LLM integrations.

Architectural Scope & Deliverables:

• Agentforce & MCP Deployment: Designed HIPAA-compliant Agentforce Service Agents to automate patient intake, care coordination, and prior-authorization workflows with automated human-in-the-loop escalation protocols.
• Data Integration & Compliance: Implemented Shield Platform Encryption, Field-Level Encryption, and fine-grained access controls to secure sensitive PHI data across multi-region environments.
• AI-Augmented Operations: Built custom MCP server connectors enabling secure, audit-ready context sharing between Salesforce records and internal LLMs, reducing manual care-coordinator lookup time by 40%.
