Locations: Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Hyderabad

Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) along with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role requires strong architectural leadership, the ability to design scalable enterprise solutions, and hands-on guidance across complex Salesforce implementations, especially in field service and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across:
  • Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Lead solution design for:
  • Field service operations (work orders, scheduling, dispatch, mobility)
  • Sales lifecycle and pipeline management
  • Customer service and support processes
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams (Apex, LWC, integrations)
  • Design and oversee integrations with external systems (ERP, GIS, IoT, mobile apps, third-party APIs)
  • Ensure best practices in:
  • Code quality
  • Governance
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Security and data compliance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects
  • Lead technical discussions, estimations, and solution reviews
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations

Required Skills

  • 10 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL
  • Advanced Salesforce customization and platform capabilities
  • Deep experience with:
  • Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture and implementation
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions
  • Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture and large-scale implementations
  • Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Data modeling
  • Performance optimization
  • Security and sharing models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Exposure to:
  • Experience Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
  • Mobility solutions for field teams
  • Strong domain experience in:
  • Utilities
  • Real estate
  • Telecom
  • Manufacturing or field service-driven industries

Good to Have

  • Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
