Job Description
We're Hiring: Salesforce Technical Architect (10–16 Years Experience)
Looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to drive enterprise-scale transformations across global business units.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud & CJM initiatives
- Design scalable solutions for high-volume global operations
- Architect integrations using MuleSoft & AWS
- Drive CI/CD and DevOps strategy (Copado)
- Build multi-country, multi-currency (Global Overlay) solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and strong technical governance
What We're Looking For:
- 10–16 years of IT experience with deep Salesforce expertise
- Strong background in Service Cloud, integrations, and LDV
- Hands-on with LWC, Apex, and asynchronous processing
- Experience in global, multi-BU environments
Bonus: CBAP/CCBA (IIBA) and Salesforce Architect certifications
