Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and project delivery
- Conduct org health checks and recommend Salesforce best practices
- Drive requirement gathering and client solution discussions
- Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and process flows
- Lead development teams and mentor developers on Apex, LWC, SFDX, and DevOps
- Perform POCs and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Support integrations, deployments, and enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver optimal business solutions
