About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce implementation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, developing enterprise-grade applications, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, platform development, integrations, and solution design while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce application architecture and implementation projects.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
- Review code and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, and effort estimation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Support release management, deployments, and production issue resolution.
- Ensure platform scalability, governance, security, and performance optimization.
