Job Description:-

Salesforce Tech Lead B3

Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce experience

Level: B3

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce architecture aligned with business and scalability needs
• Lead development using Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled jobs)
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
• Develop client-side logic using JavaScript
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions
• Ensure best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews for Salesforce developers

Technical Skills

• Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud as applicable)
• Apex, Triggers, Async Processing
• LWC, Aura Framework
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Salesforce Integrations (REST / SOAP)
• DevOps & CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Copado
• Salesforce Configuration & Administration

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform Developer II (PD2)
