Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with strong hands-on Salesforce development, architecture, integration, and technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce solution design, development, integrations, and Agentforce implementations, while mentoring the team and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development. 
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce. 
• Design and lead Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. 
• Design and implement Agentforce AI agents, actions, and automations. 
• Lead deployments using CI/CD and DevOps practices. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentor Salesforce developers. 
• Conduct code and design reviews and ensure best practices, security, and performance. 
• Lead data migration and integration activities. 
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues and provide effective solutions. 

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with experience in a technical leadership role. 
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch & Async processing. 
• Hands-on Agentforce experience is mandatory. 
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud. 
• Strong experience in Salesforce integrations and third-party system integrations. 
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware/integration platforms. 
• Good knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, and Salesforce automation. 
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and data architecture. 
• Experience with Git, Copado, or other DevOps tools. 
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams/projects. 
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. 

Preferred

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification. 
• Salesforce Architect-level and Data cloud certifications. 
• Experience with multi-org architecture. 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 
• Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce and integration solutions.
