Salesforce Support Engineer - Bezons

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
• Perform Salesforce admin tasks including workflow rules, profiles, and data migration
• Handle Salesforce integrations with REST, SOAP, and third-party apps
• Support deployment processes and troubleshoot build/package issues

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Salesforce tools like Apex Dataloader, Workbench, Eclipse
• Experience with process automation tools and batch jobs
• Familiarity with app exchange tools like Marketo, Ringlead
• Strong experience in root cause analysis and production support
