Salesforce Support Engineer - Atos|Syntel

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Salesforce solutions including triggers, classes, workflows, and batch jobs
• Administer Salesforce platform with data migration, user roles, and security setup
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and conduct RCA for production issues
• Lead deployment strategy using tools like Workbench and Eclipse

Job Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Proficiency with admin configurations including formula fields and approval processes
• Skilled in deployment troubleshooting and build package creation
• Experience with tools like Apex Dataloader, Workbench, and app exchange tools
