Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Support / Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform, troubleshooting issues, developing scalable solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development and support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, workflows).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
  • Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
