Strong capability in troubleshooting, rootcause analysis, and documenting solutions for continuous process improvement.
Skilled in configuring and optimizing Service Cloud features including Case Lifecycle, OmniChannel, and Service Console.
Effective collaborator with crossfunctional teams to drive automation, AI opportunities, and Service Cloud enhancements.
Experienced in maintaining data quality, managing user access controls, and ensuring platform governance compliance.
