• Translates business goals into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Designs end-to-end business processes using Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud.
• Determines which Salesforce products, features, and integrations should be used.
• Leads workshops with stakeholders to gather and map business requirements.
• Produces solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and process models.
• Works closely with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, and Business Analysts.
• Ensures solution aligns with user experience and ROI goals.
