Purti Realty is seeking a highly-skilled Salesforce Solution Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata. The role involves assessing business needs and translating those into scalable Salesforce solutions. Key responsibilities include managing Salesforce implementations, maintaining system operations, designing custom solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. The Salesforce Solution Manager will also oversee user training, provide ongoing support, and recommend system optimizations to align with business goals.

• Proficiency in Salesforce implementation, customization, and maintenance
• Strong skills in business process analysis and solution design
• Experience with system integrations, workflow automation, and managing Salesforce data
• Knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Capability to lead user training and provide comprehensive support
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or construction industries is a plus
