In This Role, You Will
- Serve clients as a subject matter expert (SME) during the onboarding process, and as an advisor to transformation efforts.
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders to understand business, operational, and IT workflows and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions spanning enterprise systems, integrations, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Create high quality project artifacts, including: Business requirement documents, process and data flow diagrams, and technical architecture and end-to-end design documentation.
- Present compelling demonstrations and architectural walkthroughs to customers.
- Serve as a feedback loop between the Sales, Customer Success, and Product Engineering teams on feature updates and product enhancements
- Solutioning design: Guide solution design and implementation decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations and automations across multiple enterprise systems, which may include:
- ERP / CRM platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, Coupa, or equivalent)
- Enterprise IT and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, Jira, or similar)
- Strong familiarity with various enterprise and open source LLMs and GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solutioning.
- Excellent documentation skills including experience creating:
- Proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Business and technical requirement documents
- Architecture diagrams and technical design artifacts
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
