Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that support business goals and improve customer experiences. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and project managers to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce-based systems including integrations, data models, security, and workflows.
- Provide architectural oversight of Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
- Work with developers to define technical specifications and oversee the development process.
- Lead solution design sessions and document technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and executive leadership on Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance within Salesforce solutions.
- Lead system integration efforts between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, external APIs).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce team members.
