Salesforce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Expertise

• Provide subject matter expertise on various Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Master the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce products to offer optimal solutions using standard functionality while constructively challenging unnecessary customization.
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture of your domain in line with the platform roadmap.

Salesforce–Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration

• Act as the liaison between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud domains.
• Understand and design integrations and data handovers between both systems.
• Deliver solutions in Salesforce that align with end-to-end business processes, integrating with other systems like CPQ, Billing, Invoicing, Installed Base, and Master Data Management.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures across domains such as Demand Generation, Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Asset Lifecycle Management.

Solution Architecture Deliverables

• Propose solution blueprints with alternatives, highlighting pros, cons, and recommendations aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead solution design efforts in collaboration with system implementation partners.
• Design integrated solutions that align with business needs and standard application functionality.
• Establish and maintain reference architectures, design principles, and technical standards in partnership with technical architects and development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with non-functional requirements—scalability, security, and performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage and communicate with internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Present solution designs to the broader architecture community and provide guidance to maintain strategy alignment during implementation.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated with new features and releases from Salesforce and Oracle.
• Drive innovation and modernization initiatives within the enterprise landscape.
