Salesforce Solution Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Expectations:

• Design, architect, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
• Lead technical discussions and architecture sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce best practices.
• Leverage expertise in Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) to drive solution effectiveness.
• Integrate Agent Force or Data Cloud with Salesforce ecosystems as needed.
• Ensure quality and compliance through code reviews and architectural governance.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with other Salesforce professionals to deliver optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and configuration.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Agent Force or Data Cloud integrations and architecture.
• Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce architecture and implementations.
• Salesforce Architect-level certification required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect - CTA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
