Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Experience: 9+ years

Location: Pune (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on development experience. The role involves leading architecture, development, integrations, and ongoing enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Community Portal. You will collaborate with global teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure a secure and compliant Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex Salesforce customizations, workflows, and automations.
  • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP/financial/marketing systems.
  • Implement reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Drive AI-based initiatives across CRM and ERP.
  • Lead and mentor Salesforce developers; manage day-to-day operations and stand-ups.
  • Support multi-phase delivery with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure timely fixes and enhancements.
  • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and security updates.
  • Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain strong controls for data protection and privacy.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years Salesforce development experience; strong expertise in complex workflows & integrations.
  • Proven experience as Salesforce Architect (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, OmniChannel, Experience Cloud).
  • 5+ years API/integration experience with ERP, finance, marketing, and AI systems.
  • Strong background in reporting and data operations.
  • 7+ years project management experience; Agile methodology experience.
  • Salesforce Developer certification required.
  • Experience working in global, multi-team environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Pharma/Healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC1/2).
