Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect for a full-time role based in India (Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai), with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves designing and implementing effective Multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, gathering and analyzing client requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to map business processes to technical solutions, and leading integration efforts for seamless system implementation. The Salesforce Solution Architect will also provide strategic consulting to ensure optimized processes and effective use of Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Strong Consulting and Business Process analysis skills, with experience in working closely with stakeholders to understand and meet organizational needs.
• Experience in Software Development, particularly with Salesforce platforms, including implementation and customization expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in managing cloud-based CRM projects is a plus.
