Role Description

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, providing expert consulting and guidance, and supporting software development teams. The role also involves ensuring seamless system integration and aligning solutions with business processes and objectives. Collaboration with stakeholders to identify and address business needs is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Must have over 8+ years of Salesforce Solution Architecture & Design experience

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.

Incorporate Agentforce AI capabilities for automation, predictive insights, and conversational experiences.

Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.

Integration Strategy

Architect secure integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and real-time data sync with Data Cloud.

DevOps & Release Management

Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Copado or Gearset.

Drive automation in testing and deployment for faster time-to-market.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).

Innovation

Drive adoption of AI-driven features (Agentforce), Einstein GPT, and real-time personalization via Data Cloud.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Maintain solution blueprints, technical specifications, and deployment guidelines.
