**Role Overview:
** As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to understand functional and technical requirements, engineering solutions that leverage Salesforce Core capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Service Cloud.
- Work closely with client architecture and technical leads to validate proposed designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive solution designs, including Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and integration strategies.
- Document design notes for user stories and review options with technical architects and developers.
- Oversee implementation processes to ensure quality and integrity of the design, providing technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyze high-level project needs, draft solutions, prepare roadmaps, and list use cases.
- Assist in preparing project estimates to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and End Users to architect technology solutions that meet current and future needs.
- Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and oversee the creation and maintenance of application and system documentation.
- Manage integration processes effectively and design secure, high-performance technical solutions leveraging Salesforce Core.
- Communicate technical solutions and design trade-offs effectively to business stakeholders.
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations.
- Anticipate and highlight architectural risks, manage risk areas proactively, and provide mentorship to project teams.
**Requirements & Competencies:
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Solution Architecture experience, including designing technical solutions spanning multiple platforms with data and systems integration, focusing on Service Cloud.
- 3+ years of experience handling client-facing projects in systems development and business consulting.
- Significant experience providing technical guidance for application development to support business and product strategies.
- Ability to lead technical requirements gathering sessions and manage integration processes.
**Skill Set:
- Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds.
- 3+ years of involvement in developing custom Salesforce applications. - 3+ years in System-to-System integration and distributed architectures.
- Strong Salesforce systems integration and implementation experience.
- Proficiency in preparing documentation using tools and grooming user stories in Agile platforms such as JIRA.
