Molex is seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect based in India to strengthen technical design capability earlier in the delivery lifecycle. This role will close the gap between business requirements and technical solution readiness, reduce downstream rework, and provide sustained architectural leadership for the India delivery team.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
- Own technical design and feasibility during refinement and sprint planning.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and security standards.
- Guide developers on design decisions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Identify risks and constraints early to reduce rework and improve sprint readiness.
- Collaborate with product owners, business partners, and platform leadership to define solutions.
- Document solution designs, data models, and integration approaches.
- Provide technical mentorship and architectural oversight across initiatives
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce core platform capabilities and integrations.
- Proven ability to lead design discussions, provide estimation support, and drive sprint readiness.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience supporting commercial use cases (e.g., sales, marketing, pricing) within Salesforce environments.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Demonstrated history of delivering enterprise-grade integrations and adherence to platform governance.
- Experience applying enterprise architecture standards and reusable integration patterns.
- Exposure to multi-cloud integrations (e.g., Snowflake, SAP) and API strategy
