Teqfocus is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect Health Cloud to lead enterprise project delivery while building and managing the Salesforce Health Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE). This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, strong presales capabilities, and proven experience delivering large-scale solutions for North American healthcare clients. The architect will be responsible for defining solution strategy, ensuring delivery excellence, mentoring teams, and driving growth of the Salesforce Health Cloud practice at Teqfocus.
Location - Hybrid- Pune/Bengaluru/Ranchi
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with healthcare industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Lead solution design covering Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and optimization.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and data integrity across Health Cloud implementations.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership
- Establish and manage the Salesforce Health Cloud Center of Excellence for Teqfocus.
- Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill Salesforce architects, developers, and consultants within the CoE.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and governance across Salesforce engagements.
Presales & Client Engagement
- Act as a key technical leader in presales engagements, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to define solution approaches, estimates,and
- proposals.
- Conduct architecture workshops, demos, and technical deep-dives for prospective clients.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with large enterprise clients, primarily in North America, to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and IT teams to drive strategic alignment and value realization.
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce Health Cloud adoption and healthcare digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Salesforce Health Cloud Certification Mandatory.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud Mandatory.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions for large enterprise clients in North America.
- Strong presales experience, including RFP responses, solutioning, estimations, and client demos.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data models, integrations, and security.
- Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-scale delivery programs.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Salesforce Health Cloud certification is must.
- Other Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA),
- Integration Architecture Designer, Data Architecture Designer, Sharing & Visibility
- Designer, or related Salesforce certifications will be considered a strong added
- advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
