Role- Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities-
- Lead end-to-end implementation of salesforce CRM solutions across sales, service, and dealer-facing processes.
- Design and configure Salesforce CRM to support:
- Account & outlet management
- Sales execution and tracking
- Case and service workflows (where applicable)
- Implement and integrate Vision Services (computer vision / image recognition) to enable AI-driven use cases within CRM workflows.
- Translate business requirements into CRM and AI-enabled solutions that improve on-ground execution and data accuracy.
- Enable integration between Salesforce CRM, Vision Services, and backend systems (e.g., ERP, DMS, analytics platforms).
- Work closely with business teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, CX, IT) to identify high-impact use cases for vision-based automation.
- Oversee UAT, rollout, adoption, and post-go-live optimization of CRM and Vision-enabled capabilities.
- Define dashboards and insights combining CRM data with Vision-based outputs for leadership visibility.
Requirements-
- Proven experience of implementing Salesforce CRM in an enterprise or FMCG environment.
- Hands-on experience working with Vision Services (computer vision, image recognition, or AI-based visual analysis).
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and automation.
- Ability to translate AI outputs into actionable CRM workflows and dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good to Have-
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms or cloud-based vision services.
- Experience in FMCG, retail execution, or field-sales-driven organizations.
