Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience and working knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP integrations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements while working closely with cross-functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure workflows, automation (Flows, Process Builder), validation rules, and custom objects.
- Perform data migration, data quality management, and system integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow and SAP where required (API / middleware-based integrations).
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user guides.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and external vendors to deliver projects on time.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 9 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards).
- Experience or working knowledge of ServiceNow platform and integrations.
- Experience working with SAP systems and understanding of business processes (SD/MM/FI or interfaces).
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
