We are seeking a ServiceMax Developer/Consultantwith strong experience in Salesforce and ServiceMax Field Service Management. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceMax solutionsto optimize field service operations, work order management, and technician productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceMax Field Service Management solutions
- Work on SFM Transactions, SFM Wizards, Checklists, and Output Documents
- Implement and support Work Orders, Installed Products, Service Contracts, and Preventive Maintenance
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Configure ServiceMax Dispatch Console and ServiceMax GO mobile
- Integrate ServiceMax with external systems (ERP, SAP, third-party APIs)
- Support ServiceMax mobile configurations and technician applications
- Troubleshoot issues related to data sync, mobile access, and workflow automation
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for field operations
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Strong experience in ServiceMax and Salesforce platform

- Salesforce development skills:
- Apex

- Flows / Workflows
- Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceMax Certification (101 / 201)
- Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certification
- Experience with Field Service Management implementations
- Knowledge of mobile field service applications
Good to Have
- Experience in manufacturing / utilities / healthcare field service operations
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodology
