Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve L3 support tickets (defects and enhancements), documenting the proposed approach, effort estimates, and assumptions in JIRA.
Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud components, including objects, Flows, Approval Processes, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Service Console.
Implement and manage Field Service configurations such as service resources, skills, territories, and scheduling policies.
Design, implement, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product bundles, pricing rules, MDQ, subscription models, approvals, and quote templates.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events as required.
Perform unit testing, support UAT cycles, and manage production deployments following best practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of incident resolution in line with defined SLA commitments.
Initiate Change Requests when scope exceeds allocated capacity and collaborate closely with Architects, CPQ and Integration specialists, and QA teams.
Required Skills
48+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and CPQ configuration (pricing rules, product rules, templates).
Experience in release management, UAT coordination, CI/CD processes, and governed production deployments.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Solid understanding of integration patterns, data security models, and cross-cloud dependencies.
Strong analytical, estimation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, and Service/Field Service Consultant.
Experience with ERP integrations for pricing and tax (e.g., SAP, Vertex), DocuSign, and Platform Events.
