• 5 years experience developing enterprise level Salesforce programmes
• In-depth technical experience and knowledge of Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot
• Writing Low Level Designs and documentation;
• Writing High Level Designs
• Hands on development;
• Problem solver;
• Good communication skills (verbal written);
• Clear decision-making skills;
• Ability to manage the work of other developers
