Role Overview
Salesforce Technical Leadwith deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to driveCRM transformation initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience inSalesforce platform development, Data Cloud (AI capabilities), and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and delivery ofSalesforce CRM solutionsacross Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
Architect and implementSalesforce-native solutionsusing Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform features
Drivecritical asset developmentwithin Salesforce ensuring scalability, reusability, and governance
Work extensively withSalesforce Data Cloudfor customer data unification, segmentation, and AI-driven insights
Design and implementrobust Salesforce integrationswith external systems using APIs, platform events, and middleware
Define and enforceSalesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within Salesforce environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into scalable technical solutions
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within the Salesforce team
Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD, and release management
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience inSalesforce development and architecture
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Platform Events
Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API)
Deep understanding ofSalesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Experience working withSalesforce Data Cloud (CDP)and AI-driven features
Proven experience incomplex Salesforce integrationsand enterprise CRM implementations
Strong experience inintegration patterns(request-response, event-driven, batch integrations)
Working knowledge of:
Java (Spring Boot)for external services and integrations
AWS services(Lambda, API Gateway, S3) for integration support
Experience withmiddleware toolslike MuleSoft or similar
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar)
Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)
Experience inmulti-cloud Salesforce implementations(Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud)
Exposure toAI use cases within Salesforce ecosystem(Einstein, Data Cloud insights)
AWS certifications (nice to have, not mandatory)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
