- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Agentforce AI agents for workflow automation and customer engagement
- Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
- Implement REST API-based integrations with backend systems
- Perform data migrations, patches, and corrections
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and code quality (peer reviews)
- Participate in end-to-end lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with stakeholders and proactively manage risks
- Support post-go-live activities including knowledge transfer and application stability
