Salesforce Senior Developer

• Architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
• Data Management: Oversee data migrations, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations.
• Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Agent Force certification is a plus.
• Integration Techniques: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques.
• Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of various architecture patterns and best practices in Salesforce.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce.
