About the Role

Jax Consulting is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Senior Consultant with 10+ years of experience, who brings deep expertise across Salesforce to join our global delivery team, building enterprise-scale, AI-augmented Salesforce solutions for our clients. If you're a hands-on technical leader ready to own architecture decisions and build next-gen solutions, we want to meet you.

Core Skills We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and Flows
• Hands-on Data Cloud experience — data harmonization, identity resolution, unification, segmentation, and activation — is a core requirement, not a bonus
• Experience with Experience Cloud/Communities, and ideally exposure to Nonprofit Cloud or Education Cloud
• Solid grasp of Enterprise Architecture — MVC patterns, UML, and scalable solution design
• Integration expertise: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, SSO, SAML
• CI/CD experience with Bitbucket, Copado, and Agile/Scrum/DevOps delivery practices
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, or equivalent)
• Bonus: Experience deploying open-source LWC apps on Heroku, or Einstein Studio/predictive AI model experience
