Job Description

Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting)
SAP SD/MM/CRM exposure (basic to intermediate)
Functional Process Expertise (Lead Order Billing)
Advanced Reporting & Analytics (CRM + SAP combined)
Territory & Capacity Planning
Data Governance & Sales Operations Strategy
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain
Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and SAP Sales modules to support pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and end-to-end sales operations.
Create and optimize dashboards, sales reports, forecasting models, and KPI metrics across Salesforce and SAP datasets.
Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to align lead management, opportunity lifecycle, order booking, and fulfilment processes.
Perform functional analysis to improve sales workflows, integrating CRM and SAP processes (Lead Opportunity Order Delivery).
Drive CRM data quality, SAP master data alignment, and sales governance frameworks across business teams.
Provide insights on market performance, territory planning, quota setting, and demand forecasting.
Train sales teams on Salesforce + SAP processes, maintain documentation, and support adoption across global teams.
