Join Sii India as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and contribute to a strategic Territory Management transformation program. In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. Beyond Salesforce expertise, you will have the opportunity to act as an end-to-end Business Analyst, helping design and deliver integrated solutions across Salesforce, SAP, and AWS platforms. Your tasks
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to support Salesforce Territory Management initiatives
- Designing scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and recommending improvements aligned with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions
- Driving requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution validation activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful solution adoption
- Facilitating integrations and end-to-end business processes across Salesforce, SAP, and AWS ecosystems while continuously identifying optimization opportunities
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a functional consultant or business analyst capacity
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), Territory Planning (TP), and Solution Planning (SP)
- Ability to analyze business needs, challenge stakeholders constructively, and translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Experience collaborating with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting testing and implementation activities
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, engage business users, and work effectively within global teams
