This is a remote role for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions, creating comprehensive learning materials, and conducting assessments to ensure retention and application of knowledge. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with stakeholders to understand training needs, customizing training modules, delivering workshops and online sessions, and providing ongoing support and resources to participants. The role also requires staying updated on Salesforce Revenue Cloud updates and best practices to deliver relevant and impactful content to learners.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including configuration, integration, and best practices.
• Experience in training delivery, instructional design, and creating engaging learning materials for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to assess training needs, customize content, and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Proficiency in evaluating training outcomes and providing feedback to ensure knowledge retention.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Education, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in the education technology or SaaS space is a plus.
