Technical Lead – Salesforce Revenue Cloud

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), Sales Cloud, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, along with proven leadership capabilities to drive successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Design and configure Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), approvals, pricing, and billing processes.
- Develop and manage product catalogs, price books, discount structures, and approval workflows.
- Support contract lifecycle management, amendments, renewals, and subscription-based business models.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to Salesforce delivery teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions, Salesforce best practices, and governance standards.
- Review and guide development activities involving Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
- Manage integrations with ERP, Finance, Tax, Billing, and Order Management systems.
- Lead sprint planning, estimations, release management, and deployment activities.
- Support UAT, production rollouts, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, administrators, and junior team members.
Required Skills & ExperienceSalesforce Expertise
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RLM).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management.
- Expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
- Salesforce Industries CPQ or Advanced Billing experience.
- DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or global Salesforce implementations.
- Exposure to SaaS and subscription-based business models.
