Salesforce Release Manager - PAN India

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce.com configurations
• Experience designing and building plan for End to End deployment.
• Works with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations
• Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
• Experience working with Agile development processes
• Work with developers to properly resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors and meet code coverage criteria
• Experience working with Salesforce Lightning

Must Have Skills:

1. Sales Cloud Process or Service Cloud Process or Marketing cloud Processes.

2. Deployment knowledge.

3.Functional knowledge of Sales Force CRM

Good-to-Have (optional skills)

1. Branching strategies using Git hub or Bit bucket or any version controlling tool.

2. Salesforce Admin knowledge.

3. Hands on knowledge of Change set or ANT migration or Copado or Jenkins or any other.
